STEPS TO OWNERSHIP
STEP 1
Introductory Call
After contacting our team and or filling out an interest form, the franchising process begins! First, we will contact you via email with a brochure that has a Calendy Link. After scheduling a call with us through Calendy you will receive a text with a link to join the meeting. Our team will then meet with you for a 5-10 minute no sweat call that allows us to meet you and go over basic information.
STEP 2
Prospect Qualification
After a successful introductory call, our team will reach out on email with the Franchisee Application form. After this is filled out we will follow up through text, email, or phone with information on whats next.
STEP 3
Review
In the review process we use your application to determine if our company is a good fit for the candidate, and that the candidate is a good fit for owning a Gym Skills. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about youth athletics, have an entrepreneurial mindset, and want to make a difference. After the review, we will contact you about our decision. Successful reviews will lead to a webinar in step 4 and other applicants will receive a letter of denial.
Steps 4-9
4. Webinar
After determining that an applicant is a good fit, we will schedule a 30-45 minute visual presentation that is presented by our leadership team. This slideshow goes through important information including company values, financing, and training.
5. Franchise Disclosure Document
After the webinar meeting, applicants will receive a Franchise Disclosure Agreement. Once this document is signed, the ball gets rolling! There is a 14 day waiting period for applicants to sign this document.
6. FDD Review
Once we receive an executed FDD receipt we begin with step 6. Our team will complete a review of the FDD and follow up to answer questions and discuss the document. We then will move forward with preliminary negotiations.
7. Discovery Day
On discovery day we will host an in person interview with our executive team. It will allow you to meet our team and see our day to day operations first hand.
8. Final Negotiations
After a successful in person interview, final negotiations will be completed and we will discuss necessary addendums.
9. Closing
After both sides have agreed to final conditions, we will schedule and meeting to conduct the closing and start working to get your business up and running. Woo Hoo!
