No. Our team provides a comprehensive training program that provides you with all the skills and training you need to find the best staff for your location. We find the most success in those that have a passion for working with kids.
Upon signing the FDD and defining the operational areas, the typical timeline for opening a franchise ranges from 6 to 12 months. This includes several essential components such as location selection, buildout, permits, equipment ordering, staffing, training, and marketing.
Our franchise team will guide you in staff recruitment by offering insights into the industry's best hiring practices. Additionally, we will introduce you to our franchise HR specialists, who have extensive experience and knowledge of our company.
At your gym you can expect to incur the basic operating expenses of running a business. This includes but is not limited to rent/mortgage, staffing expenses, insurance, and utilities.
